<title><![CDATA[蘇施黃牛蔔腩]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p> 真的很久很久沒有炆牛腩了, 因為在比利時的人不愛吃肥肉, 所以一直都不知道那款牛肉來炆; 直到近日看到一款叫 Soepvleese 的牛肉, 比利時人用來做湯的肉, 看起來有點肥, 便心血來潮買了兩件回家, 快快樂樂的享受了一整天炆牛腩的味道</p><p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'lucida grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: normal"><a href="http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=2050548&amp;id=693298112"><img src="http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs090.snc1/4931_107396268112_693298112_2050548_241965_n.jpg" border="0" /></a></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>我家附近有間小GB(超市), 那家超市久不久便會有些「奇怪 」(即不是常見的亞洲蔬菜)不的蔬菜出現, 可能隨著近來中國風吹向歐洲吧, 現在買做中菜的材料比以前來得易! 其實白蘿蔔不是本土常見的蔬菜, 但不知為何, 不是每家GB都有的, 但卻在我家附近的小小超市可以找到! 不只白蘿蔔, 還有大得驚人的白菜, 偶爾還會有新鮮的 shitake 冬菇呢! 很久以前發現過一次可以買到新鮮甘針菇, 可惜之後便再沒看到了</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><a href="http://sarahrabbit.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=1785912" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[再接再勵 - 可樂餅]]></title>

<title><![CDATA[正宗巴基斯坦 Masala]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>老公常常都會到巴基斯坦出差, 所以都會吃到當地的本土菜, 而最為人所熟識的就是 Masala, Masala, 又叫作「Massala」,  就是將不同香料加上薑, 蒜頭, 蕃茄和當地特有的青辣椒等材料混合而成的醬汁, 是印度和巴基斯坦的家常菜</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>老公在巴基斯坦的agent 來了比利時, 還很有心的帶了很多香料過來, 目的就是教我們做巴基斯坦家常的masala, 長途跋涉帶那麼多香料來, 真的非常感謝他!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j183/sarahrabbit/Blog/o009.jpg" border="0" width="430" height="323" /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>那裡不只有masala, 還有其他巴基斯坦菜的香料mix, 他說我老公都愛吃的, 那就可以在家都可以做到了! 他真的很有心啊!!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><a href="http://sarahrabbit.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=1404422" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[黑椒牛排 + 自製洋蔥汁 = 是日午餐 (附洋蔥汁食譜)]]></title>
